How to configure Your Google apps Email Ids at Outlook/Thunderbird

Please follow the below steps for outlook configuration
The same setting you can do at the mobile

To configure your google app Email in outlook
Please check in the check box and select the Manually configure server settings
In the Incoming mail server : pop.gmail.com
Outgoing mail server SMTP : smtp.gmail.com

User Name :your google apps email ids [Or which Email you want to configure in outlook]
Password :

click on the Remember password

Click on the advance tab
Incoming Server (pop3): 995
Outgoing Server  (SMTP) : 587

Also click to leave the massage one copy at server in advance setting in the outlook
